Job summary

SANG KEE EDIBLE OIL SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Account Manager with daily finance department tasks. You will assist with invoices, payment vouchers, daily outgoing summaries, and maintain orderly filing of accounting records.

You'll ensure transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system and handle ad-hoc duties as needed, contributing to accurate financial reporting and smooth operation of the finance function.

Responsibilities

• To assist Account Manager in handling day to day finance department task/activities
• To assist in internal documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, etc.
• To prepare daily outgoing summary and invoicing
• To maintain systematic filling of all accounting record and documents
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered accounting system
• Organized and perform ad-hoc job-related duties when assigned
