Job summary

Talent Recruit seeks an on-site General Manager/MD’s representative to lead daily project operations and coordinate with contractors, government bodies, and communities for a key site in the South Pacific region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of project operations, site coordination, or external relations experience.
• Willing to be based long-term at a project site in the South Pacific region.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory to interface between China/Singapore leadership and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, logistics, and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Coordinate with site contractors, consultants, and local workforce to drive execution.
• Enforce company safety policies and on-site management decisions.
• Prepare regular updates, risk assessments, and progress reports for the GM/MD.
