Job summary

INTCO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is hiring an International Sales Executive to grow our customer base locally and internationally. You will engage with customers in English through calls, emails, and online meetings, while also supporting Mandarin communication with China-based management.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role includes full training, mentorship, and opportunities to handle key clients with international exposure, including a potential assignment in Shanghai, China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin to report to China-based management.
• Study-abroad experience in China is a plus.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and discover potential customers from both international and local markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and clearly communicate their features and benefits to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling complaints or objections professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and contribute to overall team success.
