Job summary

Intco Malaysia is seeking an International Sales Executive to grow our local and international client base. You will engage with customers in English via calls, emails, and online meetings, while supporting internal reporting in Mandarin with China-based management.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with full training and mentorship provided. Expect competitive pay with KPI incentives, allowances, and commissions, plus an opportunity to gain international exposure in Shanghai, China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin for reporting to China-based management.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities in local and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of products/services and clearly communicate features and benefits.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling objections professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results.
