Job summary

Qualifications

Must have at least 4 years of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
Customer-focused with service-oriented mindset.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet international patients upon arrival.
Coordinate and guide patients through registration, consultations and hospital services.
Conduct ward visits to inpatients for comfort and ongoing support.
Collect and process feedback with timely escalation and follow-up.
Provide hospitality services in the International Patient Lounge, including refreshments.
Perform general front-counter administrative tasks.
Handle enquiries via email and WhatsApp.
