Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in related field is required or preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of professional interaction with patients.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via walk-in, telephone, email and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on hospital services, facilities, consultants, and clinic locations.
• Direct patients to appropriate departments and clinics; explain services clearly.
• Deliver personalized customer service and assist patients needing extra support.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally and coordinate resolutions across departments.
