Job summary

QL AGROVENTURES SDN BHD is seeking a training-focused professional to conduct technical and operational training for farm employees and to develop On-the-Job Training and Train-the-Trainer programmes across our farm network.

The role standardizes training materials and procedures, monitors effectiveness and competency, and provides support to supervisors while maintaining records and travel to farm locations to deliver visits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Training & Development, Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training, farm operations or a related field.
• Experience in OJT, TTT and competency assessment is an advantage.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to various farm locations.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
