Job summary

TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is seeking a creative Internal & External Communications Executive to join our Communications team. You will craft messaging and content across emails, newsletters, intranet, presentations, and videos, ensuring clarity and consistency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align messaging, manage a content calendar for corporate updates and events, and support employee engagement and internal culture initiatives, including crisis communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field; 6+ years’ communications experience.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with ability to tailor messages.
• Experience across digital and traditional communication channels.
• Branding knowledge; brand stewardship is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, organisational, and time-management skills; able to handle multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal communications and timely delivery of key messages.
• Create engaging content for emails, newsletters, intranet, presentations, and videos.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
• Manage a content calendar for corporate updates, celebrations, and events.
• Support employee engagement and internal culture initiatives.
• Assist with crisis communications to keep employees informed.
• Maintain internal communication tools for relevance and usability.
• Support digital presence across website, social media, and paid channels.
• Assist in external content creation, media materials, events, and stakeholder relations.
