Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a self-directed corporate communications professional to own branding standards, internal/external copy, ESG reporting coordination, and executive support.

You will manage branding assets, website and LinkedIn content, end-to-end events, CSR campaigns, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, on-brand communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related fields with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a corporate communications, branding, or generalist administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Branding & Asset Management: Design, standardize, and maintain decks, profiles, business cards, and templates with brand consistency.
• Digital & Channel Management: Manage website content updates, write LinkedIn posts, and liaise with SEO vendors.
• Events & CSR Execution: Plan and execute internal engagement events and coordinate yearly client charity campaign.
• ESG & Compliance Coordination: Coordinate data, content, and ESG reporting with internal teams and external consultants.
• Vendor & Merchandise Procurement: Source and manage vendors for gifts, printing, and digital services.
• Executive Support: Provide administrative and communications support to CEO and Business Director on strategic projects.
