Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in communications or marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English; copywriting and editing; Mandarin content a plus.
• Experience creating communications for internal and external audiences.
• Able to adapt writing style for different audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign or basic video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, articles, presentations, posters and other materials.
• Produce and edit content for digital channels, including websites and social media.
• Develop social media content, including posts, visuals, infographics and simple video.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate information into clear messages.
• Support communications for initiatives, events, projects and partner onboarding.
• Coordinate content calendars to ensure timely delivery.
• Support senior leaders in developing effective communications.
• Ensure consistency with brand and writing guidelines.
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
