Job summary

AME Elite group is seeking an Internal Audit Executive to join our team in Malaysia. You will carry out audit assignments across the Group, test internal controls, and help improve processes and compliance.

Responsibilities include fieldwork, control testing, documenting working papers, drafting findings, and communicating results to the audit lead. Travel to sites within the Group is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of internal and/or external audit experience.
• Strong understanding of auditing, accounting and business processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit assignments across the Group per approved plan.
• Perform fieldwork, walkthroughs and control testing.
• Review processes and controls to identify risks and gaps.
• Prepare working papers and supporting documents.
• Draft findings and recommendations for improvements.
• Assess compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on audit findings and action plans.
• Assist in special reviews and investigations.
• Communicate findings to the audit lead.
