Job summary

AME Elite Consortium Berhad 腾宇集团 is seeking an Internal Audit Executive to perform audits across the Group, test controls, and help improve processes and compliance. The role involves fieldwork, documenting working papers, and communicating findings to the audit lead.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or related disciplines, professional certifications are advantageous, and at least 2 years in audit. Willingness to travel within sites is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA, CA, MIA or CFE is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of internal and/or external audit experience.
• Good understanding of auditing, accounting and business processes.
• Strong analytical, report writing and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to various sites within the Group as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit assignments in accordance with the approved audit plan.
• Perform audit fieldwork, walkthroughs and control testing.
• Review operational processes and internal controls to identify risks and control gaps.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Draft audit findings and recommendations for process improvements.
• Assess compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective action plans.
• Assist in special reviews and investigation assignments.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to the audit lead.
