Responsibilities

• Assist in filming and capturing footage for digital marketing campaigns and video projects.
• Operate and maintain video equipment including cameras, tripods, lighting rigs and audio equipment.
• Support editing and post-production including basic video editing, colour correction and sound synchronization.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Organise and manage video assets and media files according to company standards.
• Research and source video content, stock footage and digital assets for projects.
• Support filming of client presentations, testimonials and social media content.

Break Bo Media Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Intern Videographer to join our dynamic Digital & Search Marketing team. This is a full-time internship position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, offering you the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in video production and digital content creation within a fast‑paced media environment. As an Intern Videographer, you will support the production of high-quality video content whilst developing your technical and creative skills under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in filming and capturing footage for various digital marketing campaigns and video projects
• Operate and maintain video equipment including cameras, tripods, lighting rigs and audio equipment
• Support the editing and post‑production process, including basic video editing, colour correction and sound synchronisation
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts and storyboards
• Organise and manage video assets, footage and media files in accordance with company standards
• Assist in researching and sourcing video content, stock footage and digital assets for projects
• Support the filming of client presentations, testimonials and social media content
• Learn and apply best practices in video production, cinematography and digital marketing strategies

What we’re looking for

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a qualification in film production, videography, media studies, communication or a related field
• Demonstrated passion for video production, cinematography and digital content creation
• Proficiency or willingness to learn video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar programmes
• Basic understanding of camera operations, framing, composition and lighting techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms is advantageous
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous videography or creative work is highly desirable
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving project requirements
