Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for our brand, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, events, and other communication needs.

You will plan shoots, operate cameras and lighting, edit footage into polished videos, and add music, graphics, and subtitles. Experience with social media content and motion graphics is a plus; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Editor.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong camera operation, lighting, and audio skills.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for our brand, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, events, and other communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots based on creative briefs and project requirements.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
• Capture high-quality footage for interviews, events, promotional campaigns, social media, and other content.
• Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, subtitles, and basic motion graphics where required.
• Manage and maintain video equipment and ensure proper file storage and organization.
• Stay updated on video trends, techniques, and platform-specific content formats.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Creative storytelling skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with photography and drone operation.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience working in advertising, marketing, events, or content production.
