Job summary

Boss James Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven video producer to join our social media agency. You will shoot, edit, and assemble footage into polished videos, while crafting compelling stories for our brands. A strong eye for detail and timing is essential.

You will collaborate on brainstorming, storyboarding, and enhancing videos with captions, sound, and visuals to boost engagement across platforms. Internship and full-time options are available, and a positive, team-oriented atmosphere is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Arts, Design or related field; 1 year experience also accepted.
• Portfolio showcase required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; understands company culture.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm creativity and storyboard ideas.
• Produce videos by shooting, compiling footage, editing, and refining for high quality.
• Enhance/edit films with captions, soundtrack, sound effects and visuals.
• Maintain strong sense of timing and visual awareness with attention to detail.
• Deliver innovative and engaging content consistently.

Brainstorming and idea scheming for creativity and storyboard.

Produce video by shooting, compiling footages, editing, and refining the shoots that present highest quality.

Enhancing/Editing film by seamlessly integrating captions, soundtrack, sound effects, and visual elements.

Good sense of timing and visual awareness and high level of attention to detail.

Consistently deliver innovative and engaging content.

Requirements:

Candidates have experience on shooting video projects with phone, and familiar with editing app like Inshot, Capcut, Canva are welcomed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising / Media / Arts / Design / Creative / Multimedia / Mass Communications or candidates with 1 year experience are preferred.

Proficient in editing software: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop Basic to Intermediate knowledge.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & understand our culture as a whole.
