AE Creativ Media Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia seeks a skilled Video Content Creator with 3+ years of hands-on experience. You will conceptualise, film, and edit across social media, websites, and ads, delivering visually compelling storytelling that aligns with client goals.

You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams, stay ahead of production trends, and ensure all content follows brand guidelines while driving campaign impact and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in video content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing editing and storytelling.
• Proficient in major video editing software listed above.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and campaign goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Min.3 years of experience in video content creation, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills
• Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut，Jian Yin
• Excellent cinematography and videography skills, with an eye for creative storytelling
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles and how video content can be leveraged to achieve specific campaign goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualising, filming, and editing high-quality video content across a variety of formats (e.g. social media, website, advertisements)
• Collaborating with clients, creative directors, and marketing teams to understand their vision and bring their ideas to life.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest video production trends and techniques to improve the quality and effectiveness of your work continuously
• Ensuring all video content adheres to brand guidelines and meets the strategic objectives of each client campaign
• Monitoring video performance metrics and using insights to inform future content strategies
