GE Aerospace Engine Services Malaysia (GEESM) invites applications for a Quality Assurance Intern to assist in updating QMS/SMS documents, support audit activities, and help close corrective actions. Responsibilities

• Assist in updating QMS and SMS documents to keep them current.
• Support QMS and SMS audits by organizing records and checklists.
• Help ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze safety and quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Carry out quality-related tasks or projects as assigned by Lead QA Engineer.

Role Overview:

• Assist in updating Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) documents or files to ensure it is current.
• Support QMS and SMS audit related audit by organizing records, preparing checklists and documents.
• Assist in ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze safety and quality data to identify recurring issues, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Carry out quality related tasks or project as assigned by Lead QA Engineer.

Ideal Candidate:

• The ideal candidate is an undergraduate who can commit to a 12 to 24 Weeks internship so as to maximize the learning opportunity and allow for in-depth hands on experiences.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Quality Management or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written English and Malay.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 12 to 24 Weeks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS office suites (office, word, excel, powerpoint).
• Good time management and strong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to commit to internship for 6-8 months and start on January 2027
