Job summary

GE Aerospace Engine Services Malaysia (GEESM) invites applications for a Quality Assurance Intern to assist in updating QMS/SMS documents, support audit activities, and help close corrective actions. You will analyze safety and quality data to spot recurring issues and contribute to process improvements under the Lead QA Engineer.

The role suits undergraduates ready for a 12–24 week internship, requiring a degree/diploma in engineering or quality management and solid English/Malay communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Quality Management or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written English and Malay.
• Commit to a 12–24 week internship period.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating QMS and SMS documents to keep them current.
• Support QMS and SMS audits by organizing records and checklists.
• Help ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze safety and quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Carry out quality-related tasks or projects as assigned by Lead QA Engineer.
