Responsibilities

• Partner with Quality Engineers to perform product audits.
• Support quality performance reporting.

• Assist Quality Engineers in driving quality improvement programs.
• Communicate project status with manager and track progress.
• Assist Quality Engineers in quality investigations.

You will play a key role in supporting quality initiatives, analyzing process performance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations.

Your work will help ensure compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our commitment to excellence.

What you'll do

• Partner with Quality Engineers to perform product audits.
• Support Quality Engineers to compile and report quality performance.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to improve the quality performance.
• Partner with Quality Engineers to drive quality improvement programs/efforts.
• Communicate regularly with manager to track project status and identify potential issues.
• Assist Quality Engineers in quality investigation.

Who we're looking for

• Degree course in science/engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical & problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment and cleanroom suit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office mainly Excel, Words and Power Points.
• Working knowledge of AI tools.
• Min 6 months internship period.

'On‑site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
