Job summary

Teleport is seeking a procurement-focused intern to assist with data extraction, dashboard updates, and administrative tasks. You will support budget requests, supplier documentation, and procurement reporting within a dynamic Southeast Asia team.

We value proactive, detail-oriented learners who can adapt across functions, communicate well in a multicultural environment, and gain practical experience in procurement processes and system tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills with good attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
• Proactive, adaptable, positive, and eager to learn new systems and processes
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Prior exposure to procurement, finance, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage. Experience in aviation, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English; Malay, Chinese, Tamil, or Indonesian is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement tasks and data extraction

• Check supporting documents and follow up on pending budget requests
• Assist with supplier information and follow up on missing documents
• Prepare procurement reports and support data analysis
• Assist with monthly non-compliance reporting and data accuracy checks
• Support procurement compliance and audit documentation
• Gain practical exposure to procurement systems and the PR-to-PO process
• Learn about supplier management, contract administration, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Participate in procurement training and knowledge-sharing sessions

A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, we're building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas. Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

• Assist with raising and tracking ISRs for new PR requesters, system issues, reporting, and data extraction
• Update procurement dashboards, trackers, and system records
• Support general procurement administrative tasks
• Assist with budget reclassification and top-up requests
• Check supporting documents and follow up on pending budget requests
• Assist with supplier site, spend authorization, and supplier-related requests
• Check supplier information and follow up on missing documents
• Prepare procurement reports and support data analysis
• Assist with monthly non-compliance reporting and data accuracy checks
• Support procurement compliance and audit documentation
• Gain practical exposure to procurement systems and the PR-to-PO process
• Learn about supplier management, contract administration, reporting, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have' for the role:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills with good attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
