Job summary

Food System Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Logistics & Supply Chain intern to support daily logistics and warehouse operations in Shah Alam. You will assist with shipment coordination, documentation, inventory checks, and cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, purchasing, business administration, or related fields, with good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Purchasing / Procurement
• Business Administration or related fields
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or purchasing processes
• Willing to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Logistics and Supply Chain team in daily logistics and warehouse operations
• Support coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and transportation arrangements
• Assist in preparing and maintaining shipping, delivery, warehouse, and logistics-related documents
• Assist with stock monitoring, inventory tracking, and updating inventory records
• Support coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments on delivery and logistics matters
• Comply with safety, quality, and company procedures

Requirements:
