Capital A in Kuala Lumpur invites legally minded interns to join its internship program at RedQ within the Legal department. You'll support day-to-day legal tasks, assist with risk assessment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across diverse teams.

This 3 to 6 month internship offers exposure to real-world contracts, regulatory considerations, and cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence within AirAsia Aviation Management Services and its affiliates.

• Helps identify legal risks and alternative strategies in a defined area.
• Ensure documents accurately reflect business and commercial concerns and are consistent with legal obligations.
• Appropriately resolves common legacy and liability issues that may have a legal impact.
• Work as part of a team and with both internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Contribute to the team and future legal initiatives with focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement and driving sustainable culture of change.
