Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Penang to support reporting, data extraction, and stock management. The role involves coordinating with Inventory, Finance and Operations to ensure timely, accurate reports and process improvements.

You will handle fixed vendor data, generate MYDA/PSDA inventory reports, and prepare SAP-based finance reports on a weekly and monthly cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, analytical and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fixed vendor downloads and generate MYDA/PSDA inventory reports.
• Prepare finance inventory reports using SAP transactions (e.g., MB52) on a weekly and monthly schedule.
• Run and update weekly subcontract stock lists and monthly lists for review.
• Assist in count sheet consolidation and support customer cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Finance and Operations to ensure timely, accurate reports and process improvements.

1. Inventory Reporting & Data Extraction

• Perform fixed vendor downloads and maintain accurate vendor-related inventory data.
• Generate MYDA/PSDA inventory reports on a routine basis.
• Prepare finance inventory reports using SAP transactions (e.g., MB52, MC.9, MBLB) on a weekly and monthly schedule

2. Subcontract & Stock Management

• Run and update weekly subcontract stock lists.
• Prepare monthly subcontract stock lists for finance and operational review.

3. Count Sheet & Cycle Count Support

• Assist in count sheet consolidation for SGMY operations.
• Support the team during customer cycle counts, including data verification and variance follow-up.

4. General Inventory Support

• Work closely with the Inventory, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Assist in process improvements, documentation, and other ad‑hoc tasks related to inventory control.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Social Sceince, Business admin, Management, Supply Chain or any related field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, analytical and result oriented.
