JDE Peet’s in Malaysia is offering an HR Intern position for a final-year student in HR-related studies. You will support training coordination, including scheduling and materials, assist onboarding tasks, and help coordinate recruitment events, gaining practical exposure within a global coffee company.

Responsabilités

• Supporting training coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and updating training records/database.
• Assisting in employee engagement activities, such as event planning, logistics coordination, and on site support.
• Handling new joiner onboarding tasks, including arranging vaccinations and medical checks, and ensuring documentation completeness.
• Coordinating recruitment events, including open interviews, walk-in sessions, and job fairs.
• Managing HR administrative tasks, such as data updates, record maintenance, and compilation of HR reports.

• Supporting training coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and updating training records/database.
• Assisting in employee engagement activities, such as event planning, logistics coordination, and on site support. In 2026, planned 13 engagement activities and 8 CSR + Health You activities.
• Handling new joiner onboarding tasks, including, arranging typhoid vaccinations and medical check-ups, and ensuring documentation completeness.
• Coordinating recruitment events, including open interviews, walk in sessions, and job fairs.
• Managing HR administrative tasks, such as data updates, record maintenance, and compilation of HR reports.
