Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Technician (Maintenance) to safeguard our processing and packaging lines. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in a processing industry, experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics or electronics, and knowledge of automation; familiarity with Pack Office, SAP and PRS is a plus. A technical certification or higher is required.

• Knowledge of automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate equipment abnormalities and participate in correcting defects.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and packaging and mixing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic issues to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Work with production, quality and project teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
