Job summary

Jabil is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition support specialist in Penang to coordinate campus events and assist branding initiatives. You will manage interviews, onboarding, and document filing while collaborating with the TA team to ensure smooth candidate flow.

Mandarin literacy is required for proofreading Mandarin articles, and you will create engaging content for social media to promote campus activities and recruitment efforts.

• Create story, post photos and newsletters for branding purposes on social media relating to campus events or recruitment.

• Arrange candidate interviews and receive candidates for face-to-face interviews.
• Handle ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Talent Acquisition team.
