Responsibilities

• CRM & Email Marketing: assist in scheduling and deploying EDM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and review campaign content.
• Performance Marketing & analytics: support digital ad assets, monitoring, and basic reporting with campaign links/UTM tracking.
• Ecommerce & cross-functional support: plan campaigns across channels, update website content, and coordinate with internal teams.

Join Machines as a Digital Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing,

e-commerce, CRM, and campaign execution. You'll work with our digital marketing team to

support real campaigns, learn industry-leading digital tools, and build practical skills in a fast-

paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM & Email Marketing

• Assist in scheduling and deploying EDM (Email Direct Marketing) campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Review email content, links, images, and customer journeys before deployment.
• Support campaign performance tracking by reviewing basic email metrics such as open rate and click-through rate.

2. Performance Marketing

• Assist in preparing digital advertising assets for Meta and Google campaigns.
• Support campaign monitoring and basic performance reporting.
• Help track campaign links and UTM parameters for marketing analysis.

3. Ecommerce & Cross-Functional Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaign across multiple online channels.
• Support content updates for the website, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure digital marketing assets are delivered on time.
• Assist in campaign quality assurance (QA) to ensure promotional content, pricing, and links are accurate before launch.
