Job summary

PMW Group of Companies in Malaysia invites a Finance Internship in Ipoh to join our finance team. You will assist in processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury transactions, and help maintain financial records.

We seek candidates pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, with strong MS Office skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Internship duration 3–6 months is preferred.

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Internship duration preferably between 3 to 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, supporting documents and appropriate approvals.
• Support the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers and expense claims.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in accounting system.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Support ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by the Finance team.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
