X Consultancy Group is hiring a Digital Marketing & Content Creator in Kuala Lumpur (Bukit Jalil). This full-time role focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, and emails.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to target audiences, create engaging content and manage campaigns, while staying updated on industry trends. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in digital marketing or content creation, strong proficiency

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media tools.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and growing online communities.
• Graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus for client communication.

About the role

X Consultancy Group is seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Content Creator to join our growing team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, create and publish engaging digital content across social media platforms, blogs, email marketing and other digital channels
• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and analysing engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies
• Optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive
• Create multimedia content including graphics, videos and infographics to enhance digital presence

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, content creation or a related marketing role
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools and content management systems
• Experience in managing social media campaigns and growing online communities
• Proficiency in graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent) is desirable
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaign concepts
• proficiency in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
