Description
1. Business Support & Analysis
- Assist in gathering, consolidating, and reviewing data to support business reporting and management decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for internal discussions and leadership reviews.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and information gathering for ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of key business activities and performance indicators.
2. Project & Process Support
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of departmental projects and initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, action items, and deliverables.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and documenting workflows.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and records.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and follow up on deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document discussion outcomes when required.
- Assist in facilitating communication and collaboration across functions.
- Support the execution of tasks arising from management discussions and project activities.
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain and organize records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
- Provide general administrative support to the Office of the CFO as required.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
Specific Knowledge / Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
IT / Language Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools would be an advantage.
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage.
