Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Malaysia is inviting motivated interns to join the Billing & Invoicing team. You will support accurate billings, liaise on disputes, and help maintain CW1 and cost records.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Studies with a logistics focus, and can communicate in English. 4-6 months internship availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Pro-active in problem solving.
• Ability to handle large quantities of data (reporting).

Responsibilities

• Bill and invoice customers accurately and on a timely manner as per customer billing KPI set if required.
• Troubleshoot customer invoice disputes and queries.
• Work with FICO - Credit Control team if necessary to resolve invoicing issues and ensure accuracy in rating and data entry on CW1.
• Manage customers' contract filing in the CW1 and Share Folder.
• Audit costing and prepare Billing Instruction for final charges to invoice customers.
• Enter and capture all carriers, suppliers, vendors, and DGF Networks cost into CW1 CES.
• Prepare customer reports if requested or required.
