Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling and analyzing safety and security data across APAC warehouses
• Coordinate short-term Safety & Security programs or projects, such as audits, assessments, and awareness campaigns
• Support in preparing documentation for internal audits, compliance checks, and operational reviews
• Help develop and maintain knowledge databases, SOPs, and checklists for warehouse safety and security protocols
• Participate in incident investigation documentation and follow-up reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for ongoing safety and risk-related initiatives
• Support in organizing training sessions, awareness campaigns, and safety drills coordination
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summary reports for senior stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and Crisis Management documentation

About the Role:
