Job summary

Daimler Trucks North America LLC seeks a proactive intern to support the APAC Operations team. You will assist in data analysis, reporting, and the use of AI tools to monitor performance across APAC markets.

The role offers hands-on experience with dashboards, weekly reviews, and cross-border collaboration. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in analytics or related fields, with basic Excel/PowerPoint skills and a strong willingness to learn in an international environment.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Interest in data analysis, reporting, and emerging AI technologies.
Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good written and spoken English; able to work independently and in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor weekly service level performance across APAC markets.
Consolidate operational data and prepare standard slides and dashboards.
Prepare updates for weekly operational review meetings.
Identify deviations and support follow-up with market representatives.
Track action items and progress against recovery plans.
Validate data quality and identify inconsistencies.
Use Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools for reporting tasks; suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support improvement initiatives.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and daily ops activities.
