Job summary

Daimler Trucks North America LLC is offering an internship within the APAC Operations team to gain hands-on experience in operational performance monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and AI-powered tooling in a regional logistics setting.

The role supports weekly service level monitoring, data consolidation, dashboard preparation, and updates for operational reviews, with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools. Strong English communication and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

Pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree.
Interest in data analysis, reporting and emerging AI technologies.
Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support weekly monitoring of service level performance across APAC markets.
Assist in consolidating operational data and preparing standard reporting slides and dashboards.
Help prepare updates for weekly operational review meetings.
Identify performance deviations and support follow-up activities with market representatives.
Track action items and monitor progress against recovery plans.
Assist with data analysis and reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
Contribute ideas for improving reporting processes and automating tasks.
Work with regional stakeholders to collect information for improvements.
