Job summary

RENOssance Interior Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare budgets and Bills of Quantities, and ensure accurate cost reporting on site.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients, evaluate bids, administer contracts, and monitor expenditures to support timely project delivery. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in quantity surveying on construction projects.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in cost analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and advanced Excel skills.
• Candidate with interior design work experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and prepare tender documentation.
• Administer contracts, handle variations, and manage claims.
• Monitor project expenditures, cash flow, and prepare financial reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
