Job summary

King's Park Development Sdn Bhd (KPD) is seeking a hands-on Tenant Fit-Out Coordinator to build the King’s Park fit-out guidelines from scratch and manage the full fit-out process. The role covers design review, procurement of common items, contractor coordination, and compliance with safety and mall standards.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with regular travel to Genting Highlands, you will work across Projects, COO oversight, and Leasing on tenant mix and design positioning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or building surveying.
• 2–5 years in interior design or tenant fit-out project management, preferably on developer/landlord side.
• Experience with F&B and retail fit-outs and with fit-out guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review tenant and ID designs against the TFOG, lease terms and authority rules.
• Coordinate with in-house architects, M&E consultants, and authorities on approvals.
• Procure common/bulk fit-out items and manage panel contractors.
• Onboard tenants' IDs and contractors; schedule works across lots to avoid conflicts.
• Run site inspections, issue non-compliance notices, and track defects.
• Track fit-out progress and report status to COO, Leasing, Operations and Finance.
