Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking a Tenancy Design Coordinator to support mall management in Malaysia. You will coordinate tenancy design, review drawings, and ensure compliance with guidelines and authority requirements.

You’ll work with space planning, tenants, consultants and contractors to deliver timely fit-out of retail units, oversee handover, and support mall improvement initiatives. You will maintain documentation, coordinate design submissions, and ensure proper records for final handovers,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenancy design with Space Planning Management to deliver standard guidelines.
• Explain tenancy design guidelines and fitting-out manual to tenants, designers and contractors.
• Oversee the tenancy fit-out process to ensure timely delivery of retail units.
• Review tenants’ design against guidelines, provide improvement feedback, and negotiate submissions.
• Manage handover of tenancy units to tenants and support during fit-out.
• Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with designs, authorities, and house rules.
• Maintain records of drawings and ensure final records meet contract specs.
• Coordinate with tenants, consultants and project team on design requirements.
