Job summary

Zohorecruit is recruiting for an interior design role in Puchong, Malaysia. You will work with project teams to steer design direction, translate concepts into detailed drawings, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to deliver fit-out coordination, space planning, and documentation.

The role requires site experience, 3–4 years in interior design, and proficiency in AutoCad, 3D Max, Vray, Sketchup, and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
3–4 years of related experience in the field.
Proficient in AutoCad, 3D Max, Vray, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
Site experience is essential; able to coordinate on site.

Responsibilities

Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and designs.
Deliver Concept and Schematic Design, DD and Tender Documentation.
Strong in space planning and concept development to meet client requirements.
Manage all design aspects: conceptual drawings, space planning, details and presentations.
Prepare presentation materials with good presentation skills.
Coordinate among contractors, design consultants and subcontractors.
Develop design solutions for efficient and functional use of space.
Monitor progress of work at site and assist with handover.
Manage project costing and prepare project quotations.
