Job summary

Acad Systems Sdn Bhd invites a technically skilled engineer to support the sales team with Autodesk software solutions, including AutoCAD, Revit and Inventor. You will handle pre- and post-sales activities, deliver customer training and product demonstrations in Malaysia, and provide ongoing product support.

Preferred candidates hold an Engineering degree and proficiency in CAD/engineering design tools, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Civil or Architecture.
• Knowledge of CAD/AutoCAD or other engineering design software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in pre- and post-sales processes.
• Deliver customer training and product demonstrations.
• Offer Autodesk software support (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor) in Malaysia.

Job description

This role supports the sales team by providing technical expertise in the pre- and post- sales process including provide customer training, demo presentation and product support for Autodesk range of software solutions. Good knowledge of AutoCAD together with Revit, Civil or Inventor is essential.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering Preferably Mechanical or Civil or Architecture or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Knowledge of CAD/AutoCAD or any other engineering design software.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Job timing and dress code :

1. Full time position

2. Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

3. Smart Casual dress code
