Qualifications

• Previous experience in interior design / renovation sales is required.
• Must have practical site experience and understand renovation processes.
• Proficient in SketchUp.
• Good understanding of space planning, materials and basic renovation/construction knowledge.
• Strong sales, presentation and client communication skills.
• Able to handle and coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks systematically, rather than relying only on reminders or last-minute follow-ups.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to follow through on commitments.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with different departments.
• Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and understand clients’ renovation requirements, preferences and budget.
• Provide professional interior design ideas, space planning and material recommendations.
• Prepare and present design proposals, quotations and solutions to clients.
• Follow up with clients and manage the sales process from enquiry to project confirmation.
• Conduct site visits and site measurements when required.
• Use SketchUp to develop and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Coordinate with the Interior Design, Project and Site teams to ensure client requirements are communicated accurately.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages while maintaining good follow-up and organization.
• Plan and prioritize daily tasks systematically according to project urgency, deadlines and client requirements.
• Keep project information, client requirements, revisions and follow-up tasks properly organized and updated.
• Maintain good communication with clients throughout the project and provide timely updates.
• Identify potential design or site issues early and coordinate with the relevant team for solutions.
• Site supervision and daily construction monitoring will be handled by the company’s dedicated Site Supervisor. Sales Interior Designers are expected to understand site conditions and coordinate when necessary, but are not required to manage daily site operations independently.
