Job summary

HKZ Concept Sdn Bhd, Ipoh-based interior design and construction service company, seeks a friendly, creative Sales Marketing professional to join our team. You will blend relationship-building, sales and marketing to guide clients through their design journey.

You will meet clients, present solutions, prepare proposals, and support marketing efforts across social media, websites, brochures, and events. Join a dynamic team focused on delivering stylish spaces with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing in interior-related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with design sense and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their style, needs, budget, and goals for their space
• Present our interior design solutions in an inspiring and easy to understand way
• Prepare clear proposals, quotes, and contracts that make the process seamless for clients
• Support marketing efforts think social media, website updates, brochures, and events to showcase our work and attract new clients
• Collaborate with our design, operations, and project teams to make sure client expectations are met every step of the way
• Keep up with the latest trends in interior design, furniture, finishes, and materials
• Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Track and report on leads, sales progress, client interactions, and marketing activities
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management to support decision-making and planning.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as required
