Job summary

Pall Corporation in Malaysia (Petaling Jaya) is seeking a Supply Planner to manage intercompany orders, supplier performance, and inventory targets. This on-site role works with global teams to keep products flowing and meet delivery commitments.

You will use SAP for planning, monitor lead times and OTD, and collaborate with logistics and finance to resolve issues. The position reports to the Supply Planning Team Lead and aligns with AMER time zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Multiple years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, procurement, or intercompany order management.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP materials planning and purchasing transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational data analysis.
• Experience coordinating supply, logistics or order recovery across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the intercompany order portfolio from requisition to PO with order visibility and timely follow-ups.
• Drive supply continuity by addressing shortages and coordinating recovery plans.
• Improve delivery reliability by supporting intercompany on‑time delivery and available‑to‑promise.
• Analyze SAP planning signals and implement corrective actions for exceptions.
• Strengthen inventory and working-capital performance through reviews and optimization.
• Govern goods-in-transit aging and discrepancies with plants, logistics and finance.
• Protect revenue by prioritizing critical orders and tracking recovery dates.
