Job summary

Pall Corporation, part of Danaher, seeks a Supply Planner to manage intercompany procurement from requisition to purchase order, ensuring on-time delivery and inventory targets across the network. You will partner with distribution centers and logistics to resolve issues and maintain data accuracy in SAP.

The role reports to the Supply Planning Team Lead in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, and is an on-site position aligned to AMER time zones. A strong foundation in SAP planning and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Multiple years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, procurement, production planning or intercompany order management in manufacturing or distribution.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP materials planning and purchasing transactions (MRP, requisition-to-PO, inventory visibility).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze operational data and reports.
• Experience coordinating supply, logistics or recovery actions across functions/sites.

Responsibilities

• Own intercompany order portfolio from requisition to PO, aligning delivery dates and updates.
• Review shortages and allocation needs, coordinating recovery plans and escalations.
• Improve delivery reliability with on-time delivery and performance tracking.
• Analyze SAP planning signals and correct exceptions to improve planning accuracy.
• Govern inventory health, excess/obsolete reduction and cross-plant material flow.
