Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a Supply Planner to manage intercompany and third-party SKU procurement, ensuring on-time delivery and inventory targets from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role reports to the Supply Planning Team Lead and is an on-site position, collaborating with distribution centers and logistics to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Key responsibilities include managing intercompany orders, improving delivery reliability, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Multiple years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, procurement, production planning or intercompany order management.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP materials planning and purchasing transactions including MRP exception management, requisition-to-po
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational data analysis, including reporting on order portfolios, aging, backlog, inventory and delivery performance.
• Experience coordinating supply, logistics or order-recovery actions across multiple functions, sites or regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the intercompany order portfolio from purchase requisition to purchase order, including order visibility and delivery-date alignment.
• Drive supply continuity by reviewing shortages and past-due orders and coordinating recovery plans.
• Improve delivery reliability by supporting on-time delivery and performance tracking.
• Analyze SAP planning signals and implement corrective actions for exception messages to improve planning accuracy.
• Strengthen inventory and working-capital performance through inventory-health reviews and obsolescence reduction.
• Govern goods-in-transit aging and data-quality issues with plants, logistics, finance and AP.
