PPG Industries in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is hiring an Intercompany Officer to support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, billing, and payment activities across the Asia Pacific region. You will report to the Intercompany Supervisor and handle monthly reconciliations in QAD, process invoices on hold, and resolve billing or payment disputes while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting with 1 year of experience in an MNC or shared services, and is

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 year experience in an MNC or Shared Services setup.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• ERP experience – Oracle/SAP would be of added advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented with deadlines and good analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, billing and payment activities across APAC.
• Prepare and maintain monthly inter-company reconciliations for legal entities in Asia Pacific.
• Review and release invoices on hold; resolve related disputes.
• Follow up on missing inter-company invoices; upload to SharePoint for AP processing.
• Perform PO matching and GRNI clearance for inter-company transactions in QAD.
