Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive to support the Integrity Unit in managing integrity initiatives and compliance delivery. The role involves coordinating with various departments to identify, assess, mitigate, and report integrity risks, along with organizing training and awareness programs.

You will assist in documentation, data collection, analysis, and reporting to senior management, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding high integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Risk Management, Governance, Law (LLB), Finance, Business Administration or Diploma in related field.
• Professional certifications like CeIO, CRP or Certificate in Compliance are advantageous.
• More than five years of experience in the current company.
• Strong risk assessment skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient Malay and English language skills.
• Able to work independently with integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining records of integrity-related activities and training sessions.
• Support in data collection and analysis for integrity audits.
• Help coordinate training sessions and awareness programs.
• Draft and edit internal communications for integrity campaigns.
• Monitor compliance and assist in internal audits.
• Provide administrative support to the Integrity Unit.
• Participate in special projects with the Head of Integrity Unit.
