Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager with familiar and practical AI experience to lead transformative initiatives across insurance platforms. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver digital projects, portals, and data lake solutions.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Core Insurance systems (AS400) and an understanding of risk governance. Local knowledge of regulatory guidelines is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical project management skills with experience in driving complex initiatives.
• Experience or familiarity with AI-related projects and analytics.
• Understanding of Core Insurance systems (AS400), insurance products, and related portals.
• Knowledge of risk controls and technology governance in financial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple full-time project teams (5+ members) to deliver AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with Bank Negara Malaysia's RMiT guidelines and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and external vendors to meet timelines and quality targets.
• Oversee delivery of insurance digital capabilities, portals, and data lake-related projects.
