Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia seeks a Transformation Consultant to drive business transformation and strategic change initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with Operations leaders, IT and HR to design, implement and monitor transformation programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in management consulting or change management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or change management.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with transformation methodologies such as Agile and Lean.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Certifications in transformation or change management (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
