Zusammenfassung

AIA Malaysia is seeking an experienced Trainer & Development Lead to partner with bank partners and internal teams to shape product training for sales excellence. You will plan and execute training programs, monitor roll-outs, and drive continuous improvement across the insurance distribution network.

Minimum 5 years in financial services with insurance product & sales experience is preferred. Travel within Klang Valley is required; CFP/RFP and other trainer certifications are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in the financial industry, specifically in Insurance Product & Sales & Academy Training.
• Actual Sales Experience with Insurance products is a strong advantage.
• Handling Agency Business and dealing with Agencies is an added advantage.
• Must have Strong Leadership Management Skill.
• Must be very independent, proactive, resilient and sales result driven.
• Must be mobile as outstation travelling is required and frequently within Klang Valley.
• Must be able to Plan, Develop and Train on Training Modules and contents with the team.
• Degree holder in any discipline.

• Engage with bank partners to gather product feedback and plan actions to support buy-in.
• Provide ideas on products, concepts and market trends for new or enhanced products.
• Design and monitor a timely roll-out of sales tools for identified products.
• Analyze product sales data to develop training strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with PD Business Academy and cross-functional teams to improve training for growth.
• Manage third-party relationships and contract negotiation with external providers.
• Support activation and productivity for all Seller channels through events and seminars.
• Leverage learning technology to modernize learning landscape and processes.
