Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Good command of written and reading English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to acquire new knowledge.
• Ownership mindset — reliable, accountable, and follows through on commitments.
• Proactive communicator and problem solver.
• Background in insurance, shared services, BPO, operations, administration, or customer support is preferred (exposure to policy renewals is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Process insurance transactions, including policy renewals and policy updates, accurately in English-based systems.
• Review, verify, extract, and update insurance information according to client requirements and instructions.
• Handle multi-step workflows that vary case by case, using judgment on exceptions while meeting quality standards.
• Run quality checks and catch discrepancies early to maintain high accuracy.
• Clarify issues early with the right person, and communicate with clients and internal teams in clear, professional written English.
• Spot recurring issues, find root causes, and contribute to process improvements.
• Manage multiple tasks within turnaround time and productivity targets, without losing attention to detail.

About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. Compensation, benefits, and career growth

• Basic salary of RM 4,000 to RM 5,500 per month, depending on level, experience, and qualifications.
